The ZUM WALD - cb12 wrapping machine constitutes a new wrapping machine which has been specially developed for wrapping chocolate bars in aluminum foil.
Particular attention has been paid in its construction to the clean and precise packing of chocolate. The machine‘s capacity of up to 12 items per minute is continuous and non-variable. The products go through 3 separate points, a feature which guarantees a high level of packaging quality and a reliable product flow.
The machine is driven by means of an AC drive, precision stepped gearing and high-performance pneumatic cylinders. The machine is controlled and monitored by a high-performance control system. An operating panel makes it easy to gain a rapid overview.
